Light is the single biggest factor for a good video. The more light available the better. If you have the ability to control the ligting at your wedding please turn the lights on as bright as they will go. Outdoor weddings do not suffer this problem because of the available sunlight. Do you have the ability to control lighing? Will there be any times when the light is turned down during the ceremony?

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Dang Good Video Productions takes every necessary step to ensure a quality and enjoyable wedding video. We will also follow a shooting schedule if desired. Due to the spontaneous nature of the event however the final product may vary. Dang Good Video Productions assumes no liability other than a full refund of deposit and/or payments if circumstances of mechanical malfunction, accident, illness, or other conditions prevent the completion of the video. Dang Good Video Productions shall have the ultimate decision in the final edit of the wedding video and will make every effort to deliver the video in a timely manner. Please allow up to 6 months for your wedding video depending on season and wedding package desired. Dang Good Video Productions shall keep all original material and have the right to use highlights of the wedding video in any promotional sense. Travel and/or overtime fees may be assessed at the discretion of Dang Good Video Productions if the event is delayed or goes over the time limits set forth in this contract.

DEPOSIT AND DATE RESERVATION: A non-refundable deposit of TWO HUNDRED AND FIFTY DOLLARS 0/100 DOLLARS ($250.00) must accompany this signed agreement in order to reserve your wedding date. The deposit is applied to the balance of your package order. Additionally a non-refundable TWO HUNDRED AND FIFTY DOLLARS 0/100 DOLLARS ($250.00) must be paid toward the remaining balance of your wedding package withing two weeks of the wedding date. THE REMAINING BALANCE must be paid in full upon delivery of completed wedding video. Wedding videos that have been paid in full can not be refunded if cancelled or postponed less than 90 days prior to the contracted date, unless agreed upon by both parties. Charges for extra copies or any other additional charges will be due upon your receipt of the finished videos and/or DVDs.
